Dear Orly, Rikki, Sol and Bear
Now I am in Whetu for the first time ever I have butterflies in my stomach I am so nervous. The day ended up so fun.
The people in my buzz group are Alice, Hannah, Ollie, Oscar and I. A few days later we made a Tikanga about "beeing" all-around awesome, having to always have your learning buzz on, bee respectful, bee truthful and bee mindful.
Now we are making a hive, we have each get a piece of the hive and on each peace we have some writing saying "My heritage, my family, my favourites, my tricky things, ME, my sports or clubs and passions and talents" and we filled them in.
We have been doing art rotations the first rotation for my homeroom was with Mrs Kennedy, which was a mirror image of your name. Now I am with Mrs Sowden and we are doing a portrait of where we come from.
